+ Password and User Name
I forgot my Password. How do I create a new one? Click on the Forgot Password link next to the Login button. Follow the instructions that appear.
I forgot my User Name. What do I do? At the time of registration your User Name is the same as your e-mail address. Unless you changed it in the Personal Information section of My Account your User Name should remain as entered at registration. If you are not able to recall your User Name send an e-mail to support@reliefinsite.com, (Subject: Login) and provide your full name and phone number.
+ Change/Delete Reminders
• Reminders can be set at the time of registration and afterwards. To change your reminder settings login to your account, go to My Account and then the Reminders tab.
• Weekly reminders are automatically sent every Sunday to users who did not make an entry during the previous week. To stop weekly reminders click on the STOP REMINDERS link at the bottom of the weekly reminder e-mail.
+ Change Body Map
To change your Body Map send an e-mail to support@reliefinsite.com and specify the Body Map you want. CAUTION: Once your new Body Map is implemented it will overwrite all past Body Map entries.
+ What's a Sharing Partner?
Sharing Partners are individuals, such as doctors, nurses, family members, and friends, granted access to your diary by you. Sharing Partners cannot make or change your diary entries, but they do have access to the Reports+ section of your diary from where they can view, save or print a report of your diary. You can have as many Sharing Partners as you want. Sharing Partners can be added or deleted at any time.
+ HIPAA. What does it mean and why is it important?
HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Our compliance to HIPAA means that protecting your personal health information is our top priority and that we have adopted the strictest policies for assuring this. Our commitment is reinforced by the fact that we use extraordinary security procedures including dedicated computer servers, locked in a cage, inside a secure computer hosting facility. Additional security features include an Intruder Detection System (IDS) used to prevent unauthorized access to our systems, and daily system backups that are stored at another secure location hundreds of miles from the hosting facility.
We review our policies and procedures on a regular basis to assure the highest degree of security for our users. Periodically we conduct tests of our systems to assure preparedness in the event of malicious attack or system failure.
+ Is my information sold, provided or shared by ReliefInsite with other companies or individuals?
The information you provide in registration is not shared, sold or disclosed to outside organizations or individuals, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. De-identified personal health information is aggregated with other user data and shared in the ReliefInsite Community as well as for research and educational purposes. Login to your account and go to Services under My Account. Click on the Close My Account box at the bottom of the page.
If you want to close your account we recommend that you create a report of your diary first so that you will have a record of all your entries.
