ReliefInsite is available over the Internet and runs on a secure, HIPAA compliant website. No hardware or software installation is required.

Patient – Patients make entries directly into the ReliefInsite service. This can be done from the patient's home, your office, or anywhere with an Internet connection. Free and Premium diaries are available for this purpose.
Provider – Providers can invite and track their patients, for free. When they login they see a list of all your patients using the diary and those pending. Clicking on a patient's name takes the provider directly to that patient's reports. This service is free to healthcare providers and works for both Free and Premium Diary users.
Case Management – With our Case Management version you can fully control patient diaries and make entries on behalf of your patients. If you are interested in subscribing to our Case Management service or would like more information please e-mail bizdev@reliefinsite.com.
